Vinyasa (flow) yoga. Each class will incorporate a warm-up period, where we will focus on waking up our bodies & breathe, preparing for the bulk (or work) of our practice, where we will expand upon our flexibility while building strength & endurance. Each practice will close with a period of final deep stretching followed by final relaxation. All poses will be introduced with multiple variations making the classes accessible to almost all skill levels.
